Red Ware Ceramic Pottery Collection

We are thrilled to introduce our affordable replica Red Ware from Park Designs. Once considered a utilitarian pottery and a staple of the 16th century kitchen, antique Red Ware has resurfaced as very collectible and as it grows in popularity so does its price.

Made of high density terra cotta, our collection is food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe. True to authentic New England red ware, the plates are coupe shaped with coggled edges, while crocks and cookie jar feature lids with gaskets for today's uses.

Replica historical shapes are hand painted with designs reminiscent of traditional decorative methods such as quilling, sliptrailing, sponging, and sgraffito.
