COUNTRY PORCH
Fall 2008 Newsletter Meet the American Country Porch Collection
Greetings from The Porch!
October, glorious October! 'In the moment' blue skies hover over ripened grain
fields while men and machinery go about their labor. Up here in the North Country the ring of the ax can be heard all across
our town, people are gathering and harvesting, making ready for the coming winter. It’s the month of contentment, closure,
gathering of ourselves and change.
As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest,
cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease.
~ Gen. 8:22
It's also a time of harvesting and putting up here at The Country Porch. We are proud to introduce our long awaited private
label American Country Porch Collection. A labor of love, our new line of
American made country style curtain valances, tiers and swag window curtains are a culmination of good old American ingenuity
and fine American craftsmanship. We broke with tradition and created and manufactured our
American Country Porch Collection in the USA and can't wait to share our first
21 new patterns!
We love autumn! It's time to pack in summer and bring on a palate of rustic jewel tone colors! Turn your home into a cozy
Patriotic Cottage,
Farmhouse or woodsy
Cabin accented with
fall,
primitives and
country decor. And with the holidays right around the corner we've
stocked up on enough Christmas decorating ideas to keep you sleepless in your
hometown.
By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established;
through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.
~ Proverbs 24:3-4
Each day has 24 golden hours . . . we invite you to disconnect for awhile and begin to create. We have been busy adding many,
many new patterns and products. Look for our
New Favorites, Quilt of the Month, Candle Club and Seasonal Recipes. Oh, and don’t forget to bookmark so you can find your way back home!

Double layered bedskirts Rustic and Forest Green provide a lush backdrop for envelope and roof tile pillows, teddy bear and mounds of patchwork pillows and Euroshams. |
